Subject: The terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of that credit institution are modified.

Via Official Letter No.: 312-1/2511273/2022 dated April 6, 2022, this Commission approved the reform to article six of the corporate bylaws of BNP Paribas México, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution (BNP) due to the increase to its social capital by the amount of $3,750,000,000.00 (three thousand seven hundred fifty million pesos 00/100 National Currency), to remain in the total amount of $4,500,000,000.00 (four thousand five hundred million pesos 00/100 National Currency), in terms of the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting dated April 26, 2022.

In this regard, in compliance with the requirement contained in the aforementioned official letter of the previous paragraph, BNP presented to this Commission on May 18, 2022, through the email VPSupervisionGIFA@cnbv.gob.mx, a certified copy of public deed number 96,491 dated May 9, 2022, granted before the faith of Attorney Roberto Núñez y Bandera, Public Notary number 1 of Mexico City and registered in the Public Registry of Property and Commerce of this same city under the electronic commercial folio N-2018033658, on May 10, 2022, in which the modification in question was protocolized.

Therefore, this Commission, based on article 8, last paragraph of the Credit Institutions Law, has resolved to modify Base Five of the "Authorization for the organization and operation of a multiple banking institution subsidiary to be named BNP Paribas México, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution" contained in Official Letter No.: P328/2019 issued by this Commission on December 2, 2019 and published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 20, 2019, to remain in the following terms:

"... FIVE.- The amount of its authorized social capital shall be $4,500,000,000.00 (four thousand five hundred million pesos 00/100 National Currency.) ..."

Finally, based on articles 8, last paragraph and 97 of the Credit Institutions Law and 19 of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission, BNP is required to inform this Commission of the date of the publications of this official letter, made in the Official Gazette of the Federation and in two newspapers of wide circulation of its corporate domicile, within a period of ten business days counted from the date on which said publications take place, which must be processed within fifteen business days following the date of receipt of this official letter.

This official letter is issued based on articles 16, antepenultimate paragraph of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission; 14, 19, section X, 21, sections I, subsection c), II, III and last paragraph, 44, sections I and IV and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
