Official Letter whereby the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of BNP Paribas México, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution are modified
The terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of BNP Paribas México, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution are modified to update the authorized social capital amount to $4,500,000,000.00 MXN following an increase of $3,750,000,000.00 MXN. Base Five of the authorization issued on December 2, 2019, is amended to reflect this total capital. The institution must publish this letter in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within 15 business days of receipt and report the publication dates to the Commission within 10 business days thereafter.
