28. 30. The Cabinet of Ministers, when submitting the draft Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a new edition, shall include provisions on improving labor relations in the field of entrepreneurial activity aimed at stimulating the attraction of domestic and foreign investments.

31. The Agency "Uzstandard", jointly with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments, shall develop a national classifier of goods (works, services) within six months in accordance with international and national standards.
