On Amending Paragraph 2 of the Regulation on Requirements for Commercial Banks' Management of Banking Risks

This Resolution loses force from July 20, 2023, based on the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 7, 2023, No. 4/11 "On Approval of the Regulation on Requirements for Risk Management Systems of Banks and Banking Groups" (registration number 3427, 18.04.2023).

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Banks and Banking Activity", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:

1. In sub-paragraph "v" of paragraph 2 of the Regulation on Requirements for Commercial Banks' Management of Banking Risks, approved by Resolution No. 14/2 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 7, 2011 (registration number 2229, May 25, 2011) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 20-21, Article 216), the words "Regulation "On Requirements for Commercial Bank Liquidity Management" (registration number 559, December 2, 1998)" shall be replaced with the words "Regulation on Requirements for Commercial Banks' Liquidity Management (registration number 2709, August 13, 2015)".

2. This Resolution shall enter into force from the day of its official publication.
