On Amending Paragraph 2 of the Regulation on Requirements for Commercial Banks' Management of Banking Risks
This Resolution amends sub-paragraph "v" of paragraph 2 of the Regulation on Requirements for Commercial Banks' Management of Banking Risks. Specifically, it updates a reference to the "Regulation "On Requirements for Commercial Bank Liquidity Management" from an older version (registration number 559, December 2, 1998) to a newer version (registration number 2709, August 13, 2015). The Resolution entered into force upon its official publication and lost force on July 20, 2023, superseded by a new resolution concerning risk management systems for banks and banking groups.
