Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On Amending Paragraph 7 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Commercial Banks to Provide Loans to Farmer Households Against the Pledge of Future Harvest

This resolution was removed from the state register based on the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 19, 2019, No. 347-mh "On removing departmental normative legal acts from the state register" (registration number 1337-5, 19.08.2019).

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "On Banks and Banking Activities" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 25, 2015, No. 372 "On making amendments to certain resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as deeming some of them to have lost their force (Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-4761 dated October 27, 2015, "On the establishment of the "Uzpakhtasanoatexport" holding company" and Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-2422 dated October 28, 2015, "On measures to organize the activities of the "Uzpakhtasanoatexport" holding company")", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. In the second paragraph of paragraph 7 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Commercial Banks to Provide Loans to Farmer Households Against the Pledge of Future Harvest, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 563 dated March 1, 2004 (registration number 1337, April 16, 2004) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, No. 15, Article 182), the words "to procurement enterprises of "Pakhtasanoat"" shall be replaced with the words "to procurement enterprises within the "Uzpakhtasanoat" Joint Stock Company".

2. This resolution has been agreed upon with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, the State Committee for Privatization, Demonopolization and Development of Competition, the State Committee for Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and State Cadastre, and the Council of Farmers of Uzbekistan.

3. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.
