On Amending Paragraph 7 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Commercial Banks to Provide Loans to Farmer Households Against the Pledge of Future Harvest
This resolution amends paragraph 7, second paragraph, of the Regulation on the Procedure for Commercial Banks to Provide Loans to Farmer Households Against the Pledge of Future Harvest. The amendment replaces the phrase "to procurement enterprises of "Pakhtasanoat"" with "to procurement enterprises within the "Uzpakhtasanoat" Joint Stock Company". The resolution entered into force upon its official publication but was subsequently removed from the state register on August 19, 2019, by an order of the Minister of Justice.
