Legislative acts have designated the National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan as the authorized body for developing the sphere of crypto-asset turnover, establishing the procedure for undergoing licensing and permitting procedures in the sphere of crypto-asset turnover, and determining the amounts and payment procedures for state duties for issuing licenses to carry out activities in this sphere.
