Legislative acts have designated the National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan as the authorized body for developing the sphere of crypto-asset turnover, establishing the procedure for undergoing licensing and permitting procedures in the sphere of crypto-asset turnover, and determining the amounts and payment procedures for state duties for issuing licenses to carry out activities in this sphere. Send proposal for document Listen to audio Get link from document element In this regard, additions and amendments are being introduced to the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Duty" and "On Licensing, Permitting and Notification Procedures", providing for the establishment of new types and subtypes of licensed activities (crypto-exchange, mining-pool, crypto-depository, and crypto-shop) and mining activities carried out on the basis of a permitting document, as well as strengthening the powers of the National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding issues of undergoing licensing and permitting procedures in the sphere of crypto-asset turnover.
