Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On Amendments to Certain Decrees of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Regarding Additional Measures to Improve the Activities of State Management Bodies in Ensuring Complex Development of Territories, based on the Decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Additional Measures to Improve the Activities of State Management Bodies in Ensuring Complex Development of Territories" dated February 22, 2016, No. PQ-2495)

This decree loses its force on September 1, 2024, based on Decree No. 266 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 6, 2024, "On Recognizing Certain Decrees of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan as Lost in Force."

In accordance with the Decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Additional Measures to Improve the Activities of Local State Management Bodies in Ensuring Complex Development of Territories" dated February 22, 2016, No. PQ-2495, and Decree No. 82 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 23, 2016, "On Approving Model Regulations on the Comprehensive Development Departments and Sections of the Khokimiyats of Regions, Tashkent City, Districts, and Cities," the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Amendments to certain decrees of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be made in accordance with the Appendix.

2. Ministries and departments shall align their normative legal documents with this decree within one month.

3. Control over the execution of this decree shall be entrusted to the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, R.S. Azimov.

1. In the Regulation on the Procedure for Conserving Unused Fixed Assets and Incomplete Construction Objects, approved by Decree No. 401 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 16, 2003 (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 9, Article 84):

a) in paragraph 6: in the third sub-paragraph of sub-paragraph "a", the words "territorial bodies of the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance" shall be replaced with the words "territorial bodies of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy of the Karakalpakstan Republic, and the Khokimiyats of regions and Tashkent city"; in sub-paragraph "b", the words "Ministry of Economy" shall be deleted; b) in sub-paragraph "b" of paragraph 25, the words "Ministry of Economy" shall be deleted.
