On Amendments to Certain Decrees of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Regarding Additional Measures to Improve the Activities of State Management Bodies in Ensuring Complex Development of Territories)
The Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan amends the Regulation on the Procedure for Conserving Unused Fixed Assets and Incomplete Construction Objects by replacing references to the Ministry of Economy with the Ministry of Finance's territorial bodies, the Ministry of Economy of the Karakalpakstan Republic, and the Khokimiyats of regions and Tashkent city, and by removing references to the Ministry of Economy in other clauses. Ministries and departments are required to align their normative legal documents with these amendments within one month. The First Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan is tasked with overseeing the execution of this decree.
