Decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan
ON AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATION "ON REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CREDIT POLICY OF COMMERCIAL BANKS"
[Registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on May 28, 2005, under number 905-1]
This decision loses its force on December 24, 2021, based on the Decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 20/8 dated August 31, 2021 "On Declaring Ineffective the Regulation on Requirements for the Credit Policy of Commercial Banks, as well as Amendments and Additions thereto" (registration number 905-7, 23.09.2021).
In accordance with Articles 7 and 51 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
Amendments shall be made to the Regulation "On Requirements for the Credit Policy of Commercial Banks" (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on March 2, 2000, under number 905), as attached.
This decision shall enter into force ten days after its state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Upon entry into force of this decision, each commercial bank shall introduce relevant amendments to its credit policy within one month and ensure its implementation.

Amendments being made to the Regulation "On Requirements for the Credit Policy of Commercial Banks"
2.6. Clause 2.6 shall be supplemented with a third paragraph in the following wording:
"In addition, the Credit Policy must include a requirement to substantiate the availability of the market for orders from borrowers for the composition of the portfolio of goods produced and services provided using bank credit."
