The Central Bank of Uzbekistan amends the Regulation on Requirements for the Credit Policy of Commercial Banks by adding a third paragraph to clause 2.6, requiring that the credit policy include a requirement for borrowers to substantiate the availability of the market for ordered goods and services produced using bank credit. Commercial banks are required to incorporate these amendments into their credit policies and ensure their implementation within one month of the decision's entry into force. This decision was issued on May 12, 2005, and became effective ten days after state registration.
