RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

On Amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Destroying Blank Forms of Ordinary Bills of Exchange and Deposit Certificates of Banks

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and Resolution No. PQ-4525 dated November 20, 2019 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Measures to Further Improve the Business Environment and Perfect the System of Supporting Entrepreneurship", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Amendments shall be made to the Regulation on the Procedure for Destroying Blank Forms of Ordinary Bills of Exchange and Deposit Certificates of Banks, approved by Resolution No. 10/6 dated May 12, 2005 (Registration No. 1477, dated May 30, 2005) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, No. 22, Article 163), in accordance with the Appendix.

2. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.

APPENDIX

Amendments being made to the Regulation on the Procedure for Destroying Blank Forms of Ordinary Bills of Exchange and Deposit Certificates of Banks

1. Clause 3 shall be stated in the following edition: "3. Blank forms of redeemed securities, as well as blank forms of unsuitable and (or) unused securities, shall be marked with the inscription 'Redeemed'."

2. Clause 21 shall be stated in the following edition: "21. The certificate shall be certified by the signature of the Chairman of the Bank Board."
