REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL COMMISSION 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., Chisinau, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION January 27, 2026 No. 4/2 On Approving the Mandatory Put Option Request Addressed to Shareholders of FABRICII DE GALANTERIE A INVALIZILOR SI PENSIONARILOR "FAURARUL" SA Taking note of the results of the voluntary takeover offer of shares issued by FABRICII DE GALANTERIE A INVALIZILOR SI PENSIONARILOR "FAURARUL" SA and following the examination of the mandatory put option request submitted by the offeror Natalia Spotîcailo, through SI "IUVENTUS-DS" SA, as well as the related materials (registered with the National Financial Commission (CNPF) under No. 315 on January 20, 2026), under the authority of Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, Art. 20 para. (9) and Art. 30 of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, item 120, item 122 and item 1223 of the Regulation on Public Purchase Offers (CNPF Decision No. 33/1/2015), item 16 and item 19 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), the National Financial Commission DECIDES:

1. The mandatory put option request initiated by the offeror Natalia Spotîcailo, addressed to the shareholders of FABRICII DE GALANTERIE A INVALIZILOR SI PENSIONARILOR "FAURARUL" SA (IDNO 1002600015599, MD-2012, Chisinau, Mihai Eminescu St. 63), concerning 284 ordinary registered shares, is approved.
2. This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, and is published on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
