On Approving the Mandatory Withdrawal Request Addressed to Shareholders of the Joint Stock Company "BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO-12 EDINETZ"

Taking into account the results of the voluntary takeover offer of shares issued by the Joint Stock Company "BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO-12 EDINETZ" and following the examination of the offeror Oleg Șîrbu's application dated 17.10.2024, as well as the accompanying documents submitted in full volume on 21.10.2024,

on the basis of Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, Article 30 paragraph (3) of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, point 120, point 122, and point 122³ of the Regulation on Public Takeover Offers (Decision of the NFC No. 33/1/2015), and points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Commission (Decision of the NFC No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

1. The mandatory withdrawal request initiated by the offeror Oleg Șîrbu, addressed to the shareholders of the Joint Stock Company "BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO-12 EDINETZ" (IDNO 1002604000801, MD-4601, Edineț city, Independenței str. 19), concerning 7,065 ordinary registered shares, is approved.
2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request with the NFC (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, and is published on the official website of the NFC (www.cnpf.md).
