On Approving the Mandatory Withdrawal Request Addressed to Shareholders of the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-BALTI"

Taking note of the results of the voluntary takeover offer of shares issued by the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-BALTI" and following the examination of the materials presented by the offeror "MAGISTRALA-NORD" SRL,

on the basis of Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Art. 30 para. (3) of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, item 120, item 122 and item 122³ of the Regulation on Public Purchase Offers (Decision of the CNPF No. 33/1/2015), item 16, item 19 and item 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (Decision of the CNPF No. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

1. The mandatory withdrawal request, initiated by the offeror "MAGISTRALA-NORD" SRL, addressed to the shareholders of the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-BALTI" (IDNO 1003602008028, MD-3100, Bălți city, Decebal str. 133), the subject of which consists of 52,041 ordinary registered shares, is approved.

2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, and is published on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
