On Introducing Amendments to the Regulation on the Issuance and Circulation of Bonds of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Individuals

Comment LexUz This resolution lost force in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan from September 4, 2020 No. 13/9 "On Recognizing Some Normative Legal Acts Adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as Lost Force" (reg. No. 3282 from 16.09.2020).

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Introduce amendments to the Regulation on the Issuance and Circulation of Bonds of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Individuals, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan from April 22, 2002 No. 10/4 (reg. No. 1141 from May 16, 2002) (Bulletin of Normative Acts of Ministries, State Committees and Departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 10), according to the appendix.

2. This resolution enters into force from the day of its official publication.

APPENDIX to the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan from December 15, 2018 No. 39/14

Amends Introduced into the Regulation on the Issuance and Circulation of Bonds of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Individuals

1. In point 39 replace the numbers "90310" and "96310" with the numbers "90305" and "96307" respectively.

2. State Point 40 in the following edition:

"40. Acceptance and transfer of bond blanks, their accounting and storage are carried out in accordance with the Instruction on the Organization of Cash Work, Cash Collection of Cash and Other Valuables in Commercial Banks (reg. No. 3028 from June 29, 2018).".
