On Introducing Amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Audit Checks in Microcredit Organizations

This resolution loses force from April 14, 2023, based on the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 28/3 dated December 6, 2022 "On Declaring Certain Departmental Normative Legal Documents Adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan Invalid" (registration number 3411, 11.01.2023).

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-3946 dated September 19, 2018 "On Measures to Further Develop Audit Activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Amendments be introduced to the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Audit Checks in Microcredit Organizations, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 19/4 dated June 23, 2012 (registration number 2379, July 17, 2012) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, No. 29, Article 341), in accordance with the Appendix.

2. This resolution shall enter into force from January 1, 2019.

APPENDIX to the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 35/12 dated November 10, 2018

Amendments Being Introduced to the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Audit Checks in Microcredit Organizations

1. The Preamble shall be stated in the following wording:

"This Regulation establishes the procedure for auditing financial statements of microcredit organizations and related financial information by audit organizations in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "On Accounting", "On Audit Activity" and "On Microcredit Organizations", as well as the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-1438 dated November 26, 2010 "On Priority Directions for Further Reforming and Increasing Stability of the Republic's Finance-Banking System and Achieving High International Rating Indicators in 2011 — 2015"."

2. In paragraph 6, the word "three" shall be replaced with the word "seven".
