On Introducing Amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Audit Checks in Microcredit Organizations
This resolution introduces amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Audit Checks in Microcredit Organizations, approved by Resolution No. 19/4 of June 23, 2012. The preamble is updated to reference the Laws on the Central Bank, Accounting, Audit Activity, and Microcredit Organizations, along with Presidential Resolution PQ-1438 of November 26, 2010. Paragraph 6 is modified by replacing the word "three" with "seven". The resolution entered into force on January 1, 2019, but lost force on April 14, 2023, according to a subsequent Central Bank resolution.
