On Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers for AGRO-95 Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 9/4 on 19 February 2024 to formally register the additional issuance of 2,500 ordinary registered shares by AGRO-95 Joint Stock Company in the Register of Securities Issuers. This registration increases the company's share capital to 667,260 lei and converts creditor debts amounting to 50,000 lei into the newly issued shares. The decision takes effect immediately upon adoption and remains subject to a 30-day appeal period through a preliminary application submitted directly to the Commission.

for AGRO-95 Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the application submitted by AGRO-95 Joint Stock Company on 31 January 2024 regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares, as well as the accompanying documents submitted in full on 12 February 2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letters m) and o),
Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by AGRO-95 Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003600124825, MD-2028, Chisinau city, Gh. Asachi st. 27/A), in the amount of 50,000 lei, totaling 2,500 ordinary registered shares, from the account of creditor debts. The company's share capital, after the increase, will amount to 667,260 lei, divided into 33,363 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value per share of 20 lei and identification number MD14AGRC1006.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd. No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
