On Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers for „SANTO-M” Joint Stock Company
The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 25/9 on 21 May 2024 to formally register „SANTO-M” Joint Stock Company’s additional issuance of 580,000 ordinary shares in the Register of Securities Issuers. This registration increases the company's share capital to 600,000 lei and assigns identification number MD14OTNA1001 to the newly issued shares. The decision takes effect immediately upon adoption, allows a 30-day appeal window, and will be published in the Official Monitor of Moldova and on the CNPF website.

Following the examination of the application submitted by „SANTO-M” Joint Stock Company (08.05.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of an additional issuance of shares,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letters m) and o), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, procedure and methods for registering securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), paragraphs 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares by „SANTO-M” Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003600105783, MD-2020, Chisinau city, Socoleni 7/2 street) in the amount of 580,000 lei, totaling 580,000 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary assets. The company's share capital, after the increase, will amount to 600,000 lei, divided into 600,000 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of 1 lei per share and identification number MD14OTNA1001.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Boulevard, No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
