pertaining to the Information and Advisory Agency "RISCOM" S.A.
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Information and Advisory Agency "RISCOM" S.A. (21.11.2023) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of the additional share issuance, as well as the related documents, submitted in full on 30.01.2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o),
art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission for the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for registering securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission for the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional share issuance of the Information and Advisory Agency "RISCOM" S.A. (IDNO 1003600017763, MD-2068, Chisinau city, Miron Costin str. 3/1), in the amount of 567,408, totaling 567,408 ordinary registered shares, funded from monetary resources. The company's social capital, after the increase, will amount to 600,000 lei, divided into 600,000 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of 1 leu per share and identification number MD14RISM1002.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd. no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
