On Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Placed upon Establishment of C.I. BEEYOND INVESTMENTS Joint Stock Company
The National Commission for the Financial Market of Moldova issued Decision No. 8/4 on 13 February 2024 to formally register securities placed upon the establishment of C.I. BEEYOND INVESTMENTS Joint Stock Company in the Register of Securities Issuers. The decision records 6,000 ordinary registered shares with a total nominal value of 600,000 lei and identification number MD1001000097, funded from monetary resources. The decision takes effect upon adoption and remains subject to a 30-day appeal period through a prior application submitted directly to the Commission.

Following the examination of the application submitted by the Joint Stock Company „C.I. BEEYOND INVESTMENTS” (05.02.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities placed upon the establishment of the company, as well as the accompanying documents submitted in full on 07.02.2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o),
Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission for the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission for the Financial Market DECIDES:

Securities placed upon the establishment of the Joint Stock Company „C.I. BEEYOND INVESTMENTS” (IDNO 1024600004139, MD-2012, Chișinău city, Mihai Eminescu St. 15, Apt. 1) in the amount of 600,000 lei, totaling 6,000 ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of 100 lei per share and identification number MD1001000097, are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers from monetary funds.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd. No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
