Regarding the Name Change of Insurance Company
"AUTO-SIGURANTA" SA to "LIMI-IMPEX" SA

Following the examination of the application by the Joint Stock Company "LIMI-IMPEX" (16.04.2024) regarding registration in the Register of Securities Issuers, as well as the accompanying documents submitted in full volume on 26.04.2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The name change of the Insurance Company "AUTO-SIGURANTA" SA to Joint Stock Company "LIMI-IMPEX" (IDNO 1003600019239, MD-2004, Chisinau city, Serghei Lazo st., 21) is registered in the Register of Securities Issuers, together with the change of the ISIN code of the securities from MD14OTUA1002 to MD14LIMI1000.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is notified to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
