On Registration of the Rules of the “Freedom One Dram Fund” Interval Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “Freedom Finance Armenia” Limited Liability Company
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia registers the Rules of the “Freedom One Dram Fund” Interval Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “Freedom Finance Armenia” Limited Liability Company. This decision was made pursuant to relevant articles of the Republic of Armenia Laws “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and “On Investment Funds”, and Paragraph 29 of Regulation 10/11. The resolution takes effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Freedom Finance Armenia” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of the company.

On Registration of the Rules of the “Freedom One Dram Fund” Interval Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “Freedom Finance Armenia” Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(‘ki’) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 21 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”, and Paragraph 29 of Regulation 10/11 “Terms and Conditions for Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules), Granting Preliminary Permission to Sell Securities of Foreign Investment Fund in the Republic of Armenia” as approved by Board Resolution No. 117-N, dated May 2, 2011, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; Whereas on June 2, 2026, June 30, 2026, July 6, 2026, July 16, 2026, and July 31, 2026 “Freedom Finance Armenia” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the Rules of the “Freedom One Dram Fund” Interval Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “Freedom Finance Armenia” LLC; and Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 38, dated August 12, 2026),

Enacts:
- Register the Rules of the “Freedom One Dram Fund” Interval Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “Freedom Finance Armenia” LLC.
- This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Freedom Finance Armenia” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Freedom Finance Armenia” LLC.
