On the amendment of the annex to Decision No. 12/3 of 05.03.2024 of the National Financial Market Commission regarding the deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of securities issued previously by certain joint-stock companies
The National Financial Market Commission issued Decision No. 30/5 on 18 June 2024 to amend the annex of Decision No. 12/3 by excluding order number 24 for Joint-Stock Company "PILOT". The Commission reinstated the company's securities register entries to their pre-deletion status, comprising 30,096 ordinary class I named shares with a nominal value of 18 lei and ISIN MD14PILO1009. This decision takes effect immediately upon adoption, mandates publication in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website, and grants a 30-day period for filing preliminary appeals.

Decision No. 12/3 of 05.03.2024 of the National Financial Market Commission
regarding the deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of securities issued previously by certain joint-stock companies
Following the comparison of information submitted by the Public Services Agency, according to data from the official portal of the respective authority regarding joint-stock companies deleted from the State Register of Legal Entities (in the period 02.07.2023 -15.01.2024) with data from the Securities Issuers Register, maintained by the National Financial Market Commission,
under the provisions of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, art. 8 lit. m), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Section 15, Section 16 and Section 19 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision CNPF No. 13/10/2018),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The annex to Decision No. 12/3 of 05.03.2024 of the National Financial Market Commission regarding the deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of securities issued previously by certain joint-stock companies is amended, by excluding the row with order number 24 concerning the Joint-Stock Company "PILOT".

The entries in the Securities Issuers Register pertaining to the securities of the Joint-Stock Company "PILOT" are reinstated, according to the status on the day of their deletion, namely 30,096 ordinary class I named shares, with a nominal value of 18 lei and identification number ISIN MD14PILO1009.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
