On the Approval of the Mandatory Withdrawal Request Addressed to Shareholders of FIRMA DE PRODUCȚIE ȘI COMERȚ ABC SA

(3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6), Art. 22 para. (3) and Art. 25 para. (2) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Art. 20 para. (9) and Art. 30 of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, item 120, item 122 and item 1223 of the Regulation on Public Purchase Offers (CNPF Decision No. 33/1/2015), item 16 and item 19 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The mandatory withdrawal request initiated by the bidder Valeriu Moscalu, addressed to the shareholders of FIRMA DE PRODUCȚIE ȘI COMERȚ "ABC" SA (IDNO 1002600025877, MD-2012, Chisinau, Sfatul Țării Str. 15), concerning 10,636 ordinary registered shares, is approved.
- This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.
