On the Approval of the Mandatory Withdrawal Request Addressed to Shareholders of INTEGRAL-AUTO Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 60/8 on December 16, 2025, approving the mandatory withdrawal request submitted by DAAC-AUTO LLC. The decision authorizes the withdrawal of 2,850 ordinary nominative shares from INTEGRAL-AUTO JSC following the results of a voluntary takeover offer. The ruling entered into force upon adoption and was published on the Commission's official website.

(3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Art. 20 para. (9) and Art. 30 of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, item 120, item 122 and item 1223 of the Regulation on public purchase offers (CNPF Decision No. 33/1/2015), item 16 and item 19 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The mandatory withdrawal request initiated by the offeror Limited Liability Company "DAAC-AUTO", addressed to the shareholders of the Joint Stock Company "INTEGRAL-AUTO" (IDNO 1002603001432, MD-3901, Cahul city, Dunarii str. 2), concerning 2,850 ordinary nominative shares, is approved.
- This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, and is published on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
