On the approval of the mandatory withdrawal request addressed to the shareholders of the Joint Stock Company "CEREAL COLLECTION ENTERPRISE OF OLANESTI"

Taking note of the results of the voluntary takeover offer of shares issued by the Joint Stock Company "CEREAL COLLECTION ENTERPRISE OF OLANESTI" and following the examination of the materials presented by the offeror "REALCHIMIE & CC" SRL, attached to the mandatory withdrawal request, submitted on 06.05.2025, through the intermediary "PROAJOC" SA,

On the basis of Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Art. 20 para. (9) and Art. 30 of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, pts. 121, 122 and 1223 of the Regulation on public purchase offers (CNPF Decision No. 33/2015), pts. 16 and 19 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The mandatory withdrawal request, initiated by the offeror "REALCHIMIE & CC" SRL, addressed to the shareholders of the Joint Stock Company "CEREAL COLLECTION ENTERPRISE OF OLANESTI" (IDNO 1003608004424, MD-4225, Stefan Voda str., Olănești village), the subject of which constitutes 22,878 ordinary registered shares, is approved.

2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare and Sfint street, no. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation and is published on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
