Following the examination of the application submitted by the offeror SRL „GLORIA-QVARC” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (NFMC) under no. 5043 on 27.06.2024) regarding the approval of the prospectus for the voluntary public offer of shares issued by „Întreprinderea pentru colectarea cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE” SA, as well as the related documents presented in full volume on 04.07.2024,
under the authority of Article 8 lit. k), Article 20 para. (1) and Article 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Article 20 para. (1) lit. a) and Article 24 para. (4) of Law no. 171/2012 on the capital market, the Regulation on public purchase offers (NFMC Decision no. 33/1/2015) and items 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (NFMC Decision no. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The prospectus for the voluntary public offer initiated by the offeror SRL „GLORIA-QVARC” is approved, the subject of which consists in the acquisition of 7,734 ordinary registered shares issued by „Întreprinderea pentru colectarea cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE” SA (IDNO 100360406833, MD-7131, Ocnița district, Rediul-Mare village), at the price of 33.06 lei per share, with a duration of 15 days from the date of initiation.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the NFMC (MD-2012, Chișinău municipality, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt boulevard, no. 77), within a period of 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFMC (www.cnpp.md).
