On the approval of valuation acts for securities held by fiduciary administrators CF "BV Fiduciar Invest" SA, CF "Econ-Renaștere" SA and "Compania Fiduciară a Feroviarilor" SA

On April 22, 2024, the fiduciary administrators CF "BV Fiduciar Invest" SA, CF "Econ-Renaștere" and "Compania Fiduciară a Feroviarilor" SA submitted the asset valuation acts for client assets held in fiduciary administration (approved at the liquidation commission meetings on April 22, 2024).

Based on Article 1 paragraphs (3) and (4), Article 146¹ of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market (Law No. 171/2012), Article 8 letter b), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, point 8 subpoint 2), points 16 – 24 of the Regulation on the procedure for termination of fiduciary investment administration activity (CNPF Decision No. 40/4/2018), points 16 and 19 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The valuation acts for securities held by fiduciary administrators CF "BV Fiduciar Invest" SA, CF "Econ-Renaștere" SA and "Compania Fiduciară a Feroviarilor" SA are approved, which shall be offered for sale in the manner established by Article 146¹ paragraph (2) of Law No. 171/2012, according to the annex.

2. This Decision may be appealed by filing a prior request with the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău municipality, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to recipients in accordance with legislation and is published on the official CNPF website (www.cnpf.md).
