On the authorization of the reorganization of the Joint Stock Company “SET-SERVICE” from a joint stock company into the Limited Liability Company “CASGRUP AI”

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company “SET-SERVICE” (05.11.2024) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the accompanying documents, submitted in full volume on 11.12.2024,

on the basis of Art. 92 and Art. 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Art. 204 and Art. 222 of the Civil Code, Art. 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, item 9 and item 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of the reorganization of a joint stock company (Decision of the NFMC No. 23/1/2021), item 16, item 19 and item 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the NFMC No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The reorganization of the Joint Stock Company “SET-SERVICE” (IDNO 1003600095549, MD-2042, Chisinau, Ginta Latină str. 13/1) by transformation into the Limited Liability Company “CASGRUP AI” is authorized.

2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request addressed to the NFMC (MD-2012, Chisinau, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFMC (www.cnpf.md).
