On the authorization of the reorganization
of TEMIX Joint Stock Company
from a joint stock company into a limited liability company
Following the examination of the application submitted by TEMIX Joint Stock Company (26.02.2024) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the accompanying documents submitted in full volume on 03.04.2024,
based on Art. 92 and Art. 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies,
Art. 204 and Art. 222 of the Civil Code, Art. 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission,
pts. 9 and 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of reorganization of joint stock companies (CNPF Decision No. 23/1/2021),
pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The reorganization of TEMIX Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003600050159, MD-2020, Chișinău city, 16/1 Socoleni St.) by transformation into a limited liability company is authorized.

This Decision may be appealed by filing a prior application with the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, 77 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd.), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
