On the Deletion from the Register of Issuers of Securities of Securities Previously Issued by FARMACIA „CARBOFARM” SA
Following the examination of the request submitted by the liquidator of FARMACIA „CARBOFARM” SA (registered with the NFMC on 27.01.2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Issuers of Securities,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint-Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (NFMC Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (NFMC Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities previously issued by FARMACIA „CARBOFARM” SA (IDNO 1005605001839), consisting of 54,746 ordinary registered shares with the identification number ISIN MD14CARB1001, are deleted from the Register of Issuers of Securities as a result of liquidation.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the NFMC (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFMC (www.cnpf.md).
