On the Deletion from the Register of Issuers of Securities of Securities Previously Issued by Foreign Capital Enterprise LEMI INVEST S.A.
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 29/8 on June 16, 2026, to delete 30,000 ordinary shares from the Register of Issuers of Securities. This administrative action results from the reorganization of the foreign capital enterprise LEMI INVEST S.A. into a limited liability company. The decision becomes effective upon adoption and is published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.

June 16, 2026 No. 29/8 On the Deletion from the Register of Issuers of Securities of Securities Previously Issued by Foreign Capital Enterprise "LEMI INVEST" S.A.
Following the examination of the application of the Limited Liability Company "LEMI INVEST" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 4547 on June 5, 2026) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Issuers of Securities, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on June 10, 2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 4721),
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities previously issued by the Foreign Capital Enterprise "LEMI INVEST" S.A. (IDNO 1003600056955), amounting to 30,000 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14LEMI1004, are deleted from the Register of Issuers of Securities as a result of reorganization through transformation into the Limited Liability Company "LEMI INVEST".

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
