On the Deletion from the Register of Issuers of Securities of Securities Previously Issued by MONSATO Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the application by MONSATO Limited Liability Company regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Issuers of Securities (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) on 07.02.2025 under No. 896),
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities previously issued by MONSATO Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1002600044621), consisting of 20,000 ordinary named shares with identification number MD14MONS1008, are deleted from the Register of Issuers of Securities as a result of reorganization through transformation into a limited liability company.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
