On the Deletion from the Register of Issuers of Securities of Securities Previously Issued by Certain Joint Stock Companies

Following the examination of the information presented by the Public Services Agency on 13.03.2024, regarding joint stock companies deleted from the State Register of Legal Persons, as well as the data from the State Register of Legal Entities regarding enterprises registered in the Republic of Moldova as of 14.07.2025,

under the authority of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m) and Article 20 paragraph (1) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFMC No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the NFMC No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities previously issued by the joint stock companies listed in the annex to this Decision are deleted from the Register of Issuers of Securities, following their deletion from the State Register of Legal Persons.
2. This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary request to the NFMC (MD-2012, Chișinău, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the NFMC (www.cnpf.md).
