On the Deletion from the Register of Issuers of Securities of Securities Previously Issued by Certain Joint Stock Companies

Following the examination of information from the Public Services Agency (24.01.2025) regarding joint stock companies deleted from the State Register of Legal Persons,

Based on Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and Art. 20 para. (1) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of Financial Markets,

The Instruction regarding the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNFM Decision No. 1310/2019), pts. 16, 19, and 21;

The Regulation regarding the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNFM Decision No. 571/12/2020):

The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

1. The securities previously issued by the joint stock companies listed in the Annex to this Decision are deleted from the Register of Issuers of Securities, following their deletion from the State Register of Legal Persons.

2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request addressed to the CNFM (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNFM (www.cnfm.md).
