On the Deletion from the Register of Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by LUCEAFĂRUL SA Purchases and Trading Company

Following the examination of the liquidator's application from LUCEAFĂRUL SA Purchases and Trading Company (registered with the NFMC on 10.04.2024) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Issuers of Securities, under Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (NFMC Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (NFMC Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities previously issued by LUCEAFĂRUL SA Purchases and Trading Company (IDNO 1003606010283), amounting to 20,000 ordinary named shares with identification number MD14CEAR1008, are deleted from the Register of Issuers of Securities as a result of liquidation.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the NFMC (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFMC (www.cnpf.md).
