On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by APEX Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the application submitted by the administrator of APEX Joint Stock Company (01.07.2024) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission for the Financial Market, the Instructions regarding the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission for the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission for the Financial Market DECIDES:

Securities previously issued by APEX Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1002601003029), amounting to 167,161 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14APEX1005, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of liquidation.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnppf.md).
