Following the examination of the liquidator's application for COMPANIA MOLDO-GREACĂ „MICHAILIDES TOBACCO MOLDOVA” SA (registered with the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) on 07.06.2024) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, art. 8 lit. m), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

As a result of liquidation, the securities previously issued by COMPANIA MOLDO-GREACĂ „MICHAILIDES TOBACCO MOLDOVA” SA (IDNO 1003600041993) amounting to 94,469 ordinary named shares with identification number MD14TOBA1005 are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is notified to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
