On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by JSC „METATRON”
Following the examination of the application submitted by Limited Liability Company „METATRON” (20.05.2024) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction regarding the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by Joint Stock Company „METATRON” (IDNO 1003600030881), amounting to 10,000 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14MRON1009, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of reorganization through transformation into a limited liability company.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is notified to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
