REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., Chisinau, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION March 17, 2026 No. 13/3 On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by the Joint Stock Company "FLORARIA" Following the examination of the request of the liquidator of the Joint Stock Company "FLORARIA" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 1341 on 02.03.2026) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers, as well as the accompanying documents, pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 lit. m), Article 18 para. (3), Article 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Article 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company "FLORARIA" (IDNO 1003600069430), consisting of 7,100 ordinary nominative shares with identification number ISIN MD14LORA1005, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of liquidation.
2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the addressee in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, CHAIRMAN
