On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by STIL-S Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the application submitted on 16 April 2024 by STIL-S Limited Liability Company regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Market, Instruction No. 13/10/2018 on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for securities registration (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), paragraphs 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission for Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission for Financial Market DECIDES:

Securities previously issued by STIL-S Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003600108865), amounting to 100 ordinary named shares with identification number MD14SLIT1001, shall be deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of reorganization by transformation into a limited liability company.

This Decision may be appealed by filing a prior application with the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, shall be notified to the recipient in accordance with legislation, published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
