On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by SAJITTARIUS Joint Stock Company
Following the examination of the liquidator's application dated 01.02.2024 regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), paragraphs 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by SAJITTARIUS Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003603001635), amounting to 41,040 ordinary named shares with identification number MD14SAJI1006, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of liquidation.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnppf.md).
