On the deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company “Fertilitatea-Sud”
Following the examination of the application submitted by the liquidator of the Joint Stock Company “Fertilitatea-Sud” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 6255 on 21.08.2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers,
based on Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1), Article 22 paragraph (3), and Article 25 paragraph (2) of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Articles 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- As a result of the liquidation, the securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company “Fertilitatea-Sud” (IDNO 1004603003290), consisting of 81,670 ordinary nominative shares with identification number MD14FERA1005, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
