On the deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company “BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO-12 EDINETZ”
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Limited Liability Company “BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO-12 EDINETZ” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 5370 on July 11, 2025) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers,
based on Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Articles 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instructions regarding the stages, deadlines, manner, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by the Joint Stock Company “BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO-12 EDINETZ” (IDNO 1002604000801), consisting of 122,599 ordinary named shares with identification number MD14BTAE1007, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of reorganization by transformation into a limited liability company.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
