Following the examination of the application submitted on 24.07.2024 by DAAC-OLIMIT Limited Liability Company regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Instruction No. 13/10/2018 on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for securities registration (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), paragraphs 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

Securities previously issued by DAAC-OLIMP Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003602002118), amounting to 41,684 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14DAOL1001, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of reorganization by transformation into a limited liability company.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
