On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by D.INVEST-DESERVIREA Joint Stock Company
The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 25/4 on May 21, 2024, to delete from the Register of Securities Issuers 176,172 ordinary registered shares previously issued by D.INVEST-DESERVIREA Joint Stock Company following its corporate transformation into a limited liability company. The ruling formally removes these securities, identified by registration number MD14DESE1002 and unique identifier IDNO 1002609001641, from the official registry. It enters into force immediately upon adoption, mandates publication in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website, and establishes a 30-day window for filing an appeal with the Commission's Chișinău office.

Following the examination of the application submitted by NIS-DESERVIRE Limited Liability Company regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), items 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities previously issued by D.INVEST-DESERVIREA Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1002609001641), consisting of 176,172 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14DESE1002, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of reorganization through transformation into a limited liability company.

This Decision may be appealed by filing a preliminary application with the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău municipality, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard, No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
